This Privacy Policy explains how Mmosoll (“we,” “us”) handles information in connection with mmosoll.com, software-solution marketing, contact and comment forms, newsletter subscribe and unsubscribe flows, and the client-side shopping cart. For privacy questions, use the Contact page or email hello@mmosoll.com. We do not publish a street address or telephone number on this Site; email is the channel for privacy requests.
If a master services or data processing agreement is signed for a delivery project, that agreement governs personal data processed inside your environments. This Policy covers the public website and pre-sales communications.
For the Site, Mmosoll is the organization deciding why and how Site-related personal data is processed (controller for that limited purpose). For software we build or operate inside your cloud accounts, you typically remain the controller and we act as a processor only if a processing agreement says so. We do not sell personal data.
Do not include passwords, secrets, or special-category data in website forms. Use a secure channel after engagement if such data is required for delivery.
This static Site does not require a login. Your browser may send standard technical data to the host that serves the files (IP address, user agent, requested URL, time). We do not run a first-party analytics pixel on these pages unless a future update discloses it here. Fonts and icon libraries may be loaded from third-party CDNs; those providers may process technical data under their own policies.
The cart stores package identifiers, names, prices, quantities, and image paths in your browser’s local storage. That data does not leave your device when you add items. Checkout shows an on-screen message and clears the local cart. It does not transmit payment card data because no payment is taken on the Site. If you later email us about packages you selected, that email is information you chose to send.
We use information to: respond to inquiries and quotes; discuss software packages after a cart checkout message; moderate comments; send newsletters you requested; honor unsubscribe requests; protect the Site against abuse; and improve content about software delivery. We rely on your request (pre-contract steps), consent (newsletters and optional fields), and legitimate interests in operating a professional software studio and securing the Site, balanced against your rights.
Commercial email is sent only if you subscribe through a validated form or an equivalent clear request. Each newsletter identifies Mmosoll and includes a path to unsubscribe. The footer of every page links to Subscribe and Unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; it does not delete a separate delivery project mailbox thread if you are an active client. You may have both a marketing preference and a contractual communications channel.
Because this Site is static, the subscribe and unsubscribe pages confirm your request in the browser. A representative completes list changes by email. If you do not receive confirmation, write to hello@mmosoll.com from the same address.
We share information with: (a) service providers who host email or the Site, under confidentiality; (b) professional advisors under privilege or confidentiality; (c) authorities if required by law; (d) a successor if the software-services business is transferred, with notice where required. We do not share your project details with competing vendors for their marketing. Social links on the Site send you to those networks; their processing is independent once you leave.
We do not use form data to train public generative models. If we ever use anonymized patterns from public blog comments to improve our own writing style guides, we will not publish your name or email with those patterns.
The Site may be viewed from many countries. Hosting and email processors may be located in different regions. We take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to a small professional studio. If you are in a jurisdiction with data-transfer rules, contact us before sending sensitive project files through the public forms.
Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable period thereafter to evidence communications (typically up to two years unless a longer legal hold applies). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake. Comment content may remain as long as the article is published, or be removed on request if it is not needed for integrity of the discussion. Browser cart data lasts until you clear it or check out.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures for a static marketing site: HTTPS where the host provides it, validated forms to reduce accidental disclosure, and a policy against collecting more than we need. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. For delivery projects we additionally use secrets managers, least-privilege access, and documented incident steps as described in our services materials—not as a substitute for your own security program.
The Site is directed at organizations buying software services. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through these forms. If you believe we have, email hello@mmosoll.com and we will delete it.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, to withdraw consent for newsletters, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights related to this Site, email hello@mmosoll.com with enough detail to locate your data (the email address you used is usually enough). We may need to verify the request. These rights are not absolute; legal holds and competing rights of others may apply.
You can also: clear local storage to remove the cart; use browser controls for cookies if any are set by CDNs; and stop visiting the Site.
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you based on Site forms. Package recommendations on Services pages are static catalog content, not a credit or eligibility score.
Blog articles may discuss third-party security or developer tools. Mention is not an endorsement of those vendors’ privacy practices. Follow their policies before installing anything in production.
We may update this Policy as the Site or laws change. The date at the top will be revised. Material changes to newsletter practices will be communicated to active subscribers where required. Continued use of the Site after the effective date means you have read the updated Policy.
When an engagement starts, we will agree in writing how source code, logs, and customer data of yours are accessed. Typical rules: least privilege, named individuals, no copy of production personal data to laptops without masking, encryption in transit, and deletion or return at the end of the project. That regime is not created by this public Policy alone; it is created by the Service Agreement and any processing addendum.
